Role Description

The Online Business & Lifestyle Mentor role is a remote position focused on guiding clients through both personal growth and online business development. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual mentoring sessions, supporting clients in clarifying their identity, mindset, and lifestyle goals, and helping them design values-aligned business and income pathways.

The mentor will create and deliver training materials, frameworks, and resources that integrate emotional intelligence, modern leadership, and practical business strategy. Additional tasks involve reviewing client business plans, offering feedback on small business structures, and providing ongoing accountability and encouragement. The role also includes contributing to online content, group programs, and digital communities to foster a supportive environment for sustainable success.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills, self-management, and reliability in a fully remote environment, including proficiency with virtual meeting and collaboration tools.
• Ability to create clear, inspiring frameworks, resources, or content that translate complex ideas into practical, actionable steps.
• Relevant certifications or training in coaching, business, psychology, or related fields are beneficial but not mandatory.
