About the role

Most operations jobs make you the person who keeps everything from falling over. This one makes you the person who redesigns it so it stops falling over. You will be placed with a founder, often someone building a business around their own audience, who has become the bottleneck in their own company. Your job is to remove them from it. You will learn how their world works, then rebuild it with systems and AI so it runs without them touching it.

What you'll do

• Own operations end to end, and improve them rather than just maintain them.

• Turn recurring and manual work into documented systems, SOPs, and automations.

• Build AI workflows that do work that used to take a team.

• Keep people, vendors, and timelines aligned so nothing important slips.

• Make decisions with high judgment so the founder can step back with confidence.

What success looks like

• Decision support: information synthesized into something actionable, not just gathered.

• AI-powered execution: you identify inefficiencies proactively, build the fix, and iterate.

• Personal support: the thousand details that keep the founder focused on what only they can do.

What you need

• Experience running operations as an Online Business Manager (OBM), Operations Manager, or a founder's right hand.

• Experience working in small, founder-led businesses with little or no existing structure. You create order from scratch.

• Operational judgment, ownership, and the ability to learn fast. You are the person who notices the problem and fixes it without being asked.

• Comfort with AI tools and the drive to build with them. You do not need AI experience. We would rather hire someone excellent and curious than someone average who already knows the tools. We train you.

• Excellent written and spoken English, and a reliable remote setup.

Compensation

$2,000 to $2,500 per month, full-time, fully remote, with a clear path to a raise as you prove your impact.
