About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Online Business Manager (Remote) to become the trusted operational partner of the CEO and play a key role in the growth of Delivery Mindset.
As the CEO's right hand, you will be responsible for coordinating business operations, driving execution, improving internal processes, and ensuring strategic initiatives move forward efficiently. You will help transform ideas into action, maintain alignment across the business, and create the structure needed to support the firm's growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategy, operations, project coordination, and leadership in a fast-growing consulting environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Business Support
- Act as the primary operational partner to the CEO.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Track company priorities and ensure key initiatives are executed effectively.
- Support decision-making through reporting, analysis, and business insights.
- Help identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
Business Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth execution across all functions.
- Create and optimize processes, workflows, and operating procedures.
- Develop systems that support scalability and business growth.
- Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accountability and follow-through across the organization.
Business Development Support
- Coordinate activities related to lead generation, partnerships, and client acquisition.
- Support proposal development, client onboarding, and relationship management.
- Help structure and optimize business development processes.
- Track sales pipelines, opportunities, and business growth metrics.
Project & Initiative Coordination
- Manage internal strategic projects from planning through execution.
- Coordinate activities across consultants, contractors, and external partners.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, risks, and priorities.
- Ensure strategic initiatives are completed on time and aligned with company objectives.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate remote team members and external service providers.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across the business.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development activities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and operational excellence.
Required QualificationsBusiness & Operations Management
- Proven experience as an Online Business Manager, Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, Business Manager, or similar leadership support role.
- Strong understanding of business operations, growth strategies, and organizational development.
- Experience supporting founders, executives, or senior leadership teams.
Strategic Thinking & Execution
- Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Project Management
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Ability to organize complex initiatives and ensure successful delivery.
- Experience implementing systems, processes, and performance tracking mechanisms.
Communication & Leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional-level English.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Natural leadership skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Digital Tools
Experience with tools such as:
- Microsoft 365
- ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Jira, or similar platforms
- CRM systems
- Microsoft Teams, Slack, and collaboration tools
- Reporting and productivity software
