EDUWORLD RISE is looking for skilled and growth-oriented English teachers to join our online teaching team.

Great teaching is more than delivering lesson content. It requires the ability to connect with learners, explain clearly, build confidence, adapt to individual needs, and continue developing as an educator.

We work with learners of different ages, levels, goals, and backgrounds. We are looking for teachers who care about the quality of every lesson and want to grow within a professional academic environment.

Responsibilities

As an English Teacher at EDUWORLD RISE, you will:

• Deliver engaging, interactive, and student-centered online English lessons.
• Teach learners across different age groups and proficiency levels, including young learners, teenagers, and adults.
• Work with international curricula, coursebooks, and academy learning programs.
• Adapt lesson delivery according to students’ levels, learning needs, and academic goals.
• Explain language clearly and provide accurate models of English pronunciation and usage.
• Use digital teaching tools effectively, including Zoom, PowerPoint, Canva, and other educational technologies.
• Use AI tools appropriately for lesson preparation, teaching support, educational content, and professional productivity.
• Monitor learner performance and provide constructive feedback on progress.
• Maintain a supportive, motivating, and professionally managed online classroom.
• Complete relevant student notes, reports, or academic follow-up when required.
• Attend teacher training, professional-development sessions, and academic meetings when scheduled.
• Maintain professional communication, punctuality, preparation, and reliability.

Requirements

We would like to hear from teachers who have:

• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Clear, accurate English pronunciation and the ability to model American English pronunciation effectively.
• Strong teaching, explanation, communication, and classroom-management skills.
• Experience teaching English online or in an educational setting.
• Experience working with international curricula, coursebooks, or structured educational programs.
• Confidence teaching different learner profiles and adapting instruction appropriately.
• Good working knowledge of Zoom, PowerPoint, Canva, and digital teaching tools.
• Confidence using AI tools for teaching and lesson preparation.
• A reliable laptop or desktop computer suitable for professional online teaching.
• A stable, high-speed internet connection.
• A good-quality webcam and microphone.
• A quiet and professional teaching environment.
• Strong organizational skills, professionalism, punctuality, and commitment.
• A student-centered mindset and genuine interest in continued professional development.

TEFL or another recognized English-teaching qualification is strongly preferred.

Teaching Availability

This is a fully remote / online teaching position.

Teachers should have regular availability primarily during our main teaching window:

Approximately 2:00–3:00 PM to 10:00–11:00 PM Cairo time.

This does not mean teachers will teach continuously throughout the entire window. Teaching hours are scheduled according to student demand, teacher availability, and assigned classes.

Compensation

Hourly rate starting from EGP 225 per teaching hour.

Additional teaching opportunities and increased hours may become available based on student demand, performance, reliability, and continued collaboration with the academy.
