Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Must pass a BCI/FBI background check
Strong keyboarding skills; able to work efficiently with multiple monitors
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail)
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including core applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat for PDF management
Working knowledge of Adobe Dreamweaver for basic web design and development tasks
Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to compose professional emails to parents, students, and staff
Highly organized with effective time management skills
Willingness to learn and pursue continued education/training
Understanding of ethics and confidentiality in an educational setting
Ability to lift up to 5 lbs without assistance
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Specific Duties:
Check and update Microsoft Teams calendars and shared spreadsheets
Create and support interactive educational content
Enter questions and answers into an online Learning Management System (LMS)
Print, copy, bind, and prepare paper-based learning materials
Organize digital and physical files for ease of access and review
Assist with setup and teardown at conferences and trade shows
Support and co-host virtual webinars as needed
Draft and send professional communications to parents, students, and educators
Engage in professional development and stay up to date on new trends and tools
Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or their designee
