Online Teacher - Arabic Stream

Fully Remote | Online High School

Are you a passionate educator who enjoys teaching and supporting students in an online learning environment? We are looking for dedicated and qualified teachers to join our growing academic team for both our Arabic streams.

• Conduct two live online classes per week for each assigned active course, with each session lasting 45 minutes.
• Respond to student questions and inquiries through the Learning Management System (LMS) within 24 hours.
• Review and improve curriculum materials, including recording voice-over narrations for assigned PowerPoint presentations.
• Review student enrollment and placement test results and prepare personalized learning plans.
• Schedule and conduct at least one individual Google Meet session with each assigned student every month.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic, attendance, and communication records.
• Provide ongoing academic guidance and support to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Collaborate with the Programs Director and other academic team members to maintain teaching quality and improve learning materials.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
• Previous teaching experience, preferably in an online or remote learning environment.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in the respective stream language.
• Strong knowledge of the subject area being taught.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to explain lessons clearly and engage students in a virtual classroom.
• Comfortable using Google Meet, PowerPoint, and online learning platforms.
• Reliable internet connection, a functioning computer, and a suitable teaching environment.
• Strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and commitment to student success.
