The Onsite Deployment Coordinator, Data Center & Rapid Deployment Operations is the onsite lead for new site rollouts and implementations. The role owns the physical execution of deployments from arrival through final delivery, coordinating vendors, contractors, logistics, site-readiness activity and client-facing walkthroughs.

Working in intensive deployment cycles, the coordinator manages daily execution against the approved plan, resolves operational issues, maintains clear progress reporting and supports final client sign-off. This role requires frequent travel, confident stakeholder management and the ability to remain organised and solutions-focused in fast-moving onsite environments.

We are committed to fair and transparent compensation. The salary range for this role is based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications and is $65,000 to $85,000.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead onsite deployment execution: Manage end-to-end site implementation during intensive deployment cycles, ensuring launches are delivered to agreed scope, schedule and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate vendors and contractors: Act as the primary onsite contact for third-party installation crews, vendors and technical partners; monitor daily performance and resolve operational bottlenecks promptly.
  • Maintain project controls and readiness: Track milestones against the deployment playbook, manage punch lists, document site readiness and facilitate daily stand-ups with onsite stakeholders.
  • Protect safety and compliance: Reinforce applicable safety, compliance and site requirements and escalate material concerns through the agreed project-governance process.
  • Lead client walkthroughs and final delivery: Represent Graebel during client site visits, address concerns professionally, manage scope expectations and coordinate formal walkthroughs and final sign-off.
  • Provide daily reporting and escalation: Coordinate closely with the Senior Director, Program & Project Management and leadership, providing clear progress updates and escalating critical blockers, risks and decisions.
  • Support cross-functional coordination: Align vendors, contractors, onsite contacts and internal partners around priorities, sequencing, dependencies and handoffs required for successful deployment.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Capture lessons learned after each rollout and recommend improvements to playbooks, vendor performance and implementation workflows.

Required Skills

  • Strong client-facing, presentation and conflict-resolution skills, with the confidence to lead walkthroughs involving enterprise stakeholders and client leaders.
  • Ability to track milestones, manage punch lists, document site readiness and communicate daily progress, risks and blockers.

  • Resourceful and calm under pressure, with the judgement to make timely onsite decisions when unexpected challenges arise.

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, communication applications and project-management or work-management tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a consistent focus on accountability, follow-through and professional client service.

Required Experience

  • Four or more years of experience in project management, field operations, site deployment, technical implementation or a comparably complex onsite delivery environment.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating third-party vendors or contractors and holding delivery partners accountable for timelines, quality and agreed requirements.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently, potentially 40%-50% of the year, including continuous onsite assignments of approximately 10 to 14 days.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

As a testament to our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and in alignment with our commitment to fair and transparent compensation, our salary bands are transparent both internally and as a part of our external recruitment process. The targets for this role are dependent on market/ geographic location and range from $65,000 to $85,000.
