You’ll likely thrive here if you have: 2+ years of experience in technical support for CDN, edge infrastructure, performance, or related technologies (e.g., WAF, storage, media delivery, or network security services) Familiarity with DNS, CDN, SSL/TLS, load balancing, and VOD Debugging experience with tools like traceroute , curl , MTR , etc. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and HTTP protocols Understanding of security best practices in production environments Analytical problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Excellent written and spoken English Strong communication skills and ease with working cross-functionally A continuous learning mindset and genuine care for customers 🌟 Bonus points for: Spanish fluency, startup experience, or previous familiarity with bunny.net products.
