Use of AI Our expectations of you : At TealBook, we value smart use of tools - including AI. If you use AI to help craft your application, that’s totally fine. What matters most is that your application reflects you - your real experience, thinking, and voice. Be specific and honest. We expect live interviews to be completed by you and without live AI interview coaching . In skills assessments, we’ll tell you if AI tools are allowed, and we’ll care just as much about how you use them. Misrepresentation at any stage will remove you from consideration for current and future roles. Our commitment to you: We use AI-driven tools within our applicant tracking system (ATS) to help screen and manage applications more efficiently. These tools help us focus on relevant skills and experience - but final decisions are always made by real people.
