About BEAM BEAM (The Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to dismantling barriers to Black healing. We center mental health education, training, advocacy, and the creation of supportive spaces that empower Black communities to access mental health resources. BEAM fosters a culture of healing, liberation, and well-being through transformative practices and resources, with a mission to advance mental health and emotional wellness in Black communities. We’re always interested in connecting with talented professionals who are passionate about healing justice and Black healing.
