Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced OpenText Exstream Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OpenText Exstream architecture, document composition, and enterprise application integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable OpenText Exstream solutions for high-volume document generation and customer communications.
- Lead technical architecture, application development, configuration, and deployment.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and optimize document templates, communication workflows, and reusable components.
- Integrate Exstream with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and downstream systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and project managers.
- Establish architectural standards and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Extreme architecture and development.
- Expertise in CCM, document generation, and template design.
- Experience with enterprise integrations and solution design.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
