Location: Remote – LATAM

Project Duration: 4–5 months with a strong possibility of extension

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced OpenText Lead Consultant to join a strategic digital transformation project for a leading organization in the Gas & Electric Utilities industry. This role is ideal for a senior consultant with extensive experience designing and implementing Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions using OpenText.

The selected consultant will lead the functional and technical implementation of enterprise content management solutions, helping organizations centralize, govern, and optimize information across multiple repositories while improving operational efficiency, compliance, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of OpenText Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.
• Develop and execute enterprise content management strategies across multiple data repositories.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable functional and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Design solution architectures that support governance, compliance, security, and operational efficiency.
• Drive integrations between OpenText and enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership, implementation guidance, and best practices to project teams.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience implementing and leading OpenText solutions.
• Strong background as a Functional or Lead Consultant delivering Enterprise Content Management (ECM) projects.
• Proven experience designing enterprise content management solutions across multiple data sources and repositories.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proven experience leading enterprise implementation projects.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating OpenText with AI-powered technologies or Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions.
• Previous experience within the Gas & Electric Utilities industry is highly preferred.
• Experience working on large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior OpenText consultant with a strong consulting background and proven experience leading enterprise ECM implementations. They are comfortable working with executive stakeholders, defining solution strategies, and delivering scalable content management architectures that support business transformation.
