About LOETZ

Founded in 1836, LOETZ is one of Europe's most significant historic art glass names, celebrated for its contributions to Art Nouveau and the Viennese Secession.

Today, the historic brand is being revived in Vienna as a contemporary luxury glass Maison.

The company owns the registered European trademark, a distinctive contemporary collection, proprietary production moulds, physical prototypes, an established manufacturing partnership, and a fully developed brand identity.

With the foundations of the Maison established, we are preparing for commercial launch.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Operating Co-Founder & Managing Partner to lead the commercial development of LOETZ.

The incoming partner will take ownership of operations, manufacturing coordination, e-commerce, sales, distribution, business development and financial planning.

The existing owner will remain responsible for creative direction, design and heritage stewardship.

Equity Partnership

This is an entrepreneurial opportunity rather than a conventional salaried position.

The selected partner will receive an equity participation combining:

Capital Buy-In: A personal financial contribution to support the Maison's commercial launch and initial growth.

Sweat Equity: Additional ownership earned through operational leadership, long-term commitment and agreed performance milestones.

The precise investment amount, equity allocation and vesting arrangements will be negotiated individually.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with entrepreneurial experience, strong commercial and operational capabilities, and an appreciation for heritage, luxury and design.

Experience in luxury goods, consumer brands, e-commerce, international distribution or business development is particularly valuable.

The ideal candidate combines the ability to execute independently with the ambition to build a globally recognised luxury Maison.
