Key Responsibilities
LCL Operations Agent role includes handling and managing export/import shipping documents, vendor invoices and system data input and quality check of the same. Activities may include the following (but are not limited to):
Import:
- Check Pre-Alert
- Cargo trucking
- Instruction to GSC for issuing Arrival Notice
- Send documentation to customers
Export:
- Receive booking from customers
- Update booking sheet
- Arrange trucking and customs clearance
- Request CFS for receipt slip (nyuukohyou)
- Create Dock Receipt and send it to co-loader and CFS
- Create Shipping Instruction and uploaded it in shared folder
- Send customs permit (yushutu kyokasho) to
General:
- Missing/wrong data correction and follow up
- System data review and management
- Vendor invoice/internal billing details review and follow up
- Attend inquiries from customer
- Attend relevant business meeting
- Communication by email with overseas Maersk offices

Required experience & skills
· Operational Efficiency & Customer Service Experience
· Computer application knowledge, i.e. Excel/Word/Teams
· Business English Skill
· Cargowise system knowledge preferred
