Position Summary: The Operations Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing operations at various client sites, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and quality in line with client expectations and regulatory standards. This is a remote position that requires regular travel to client locations, where the Operations Engineer will assess, improve, and support onsite operations. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to maintain excellent client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Site Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate operations at client sites, ensuring all processes run smoothly and in line with client requirements. - Onsite Assessments: Conduct regular assessments at client locations to evaluate operational efficiency, identify potential issues, and implement improvements. - Process Improvement: Analyze client processes and workflows, recommending and implementing optimizations to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. - Quality and Compliance: Ensure operations at client sites comply with company and regulatory standards, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. - Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients during site visits, fostering strong relationships, and addressing any operational concerns or requests. - Data Collection and Reporting: Gather and analyze operational data from client sites to create detailed reports and actionable insights for both clients and internal teams. - Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team, including project managers and other engineers, to align client site operations with overall project goals and objectives. - Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to resolve onsite operational issues, including troubleshooting equipment or process-related challenges. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: 3-5 years of experience in operations engineering, with a strong preference for experience overseeing client-site operations. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in process optimization tools and software (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). - Familiarity with data analysis tools and project management software. - Strong understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance. - Soft Skills: - Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain client relations effectively. - Ability to work independently and travel frequently to different client sites. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying operational challenges and solutions. - Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel regularly to client sites, with the flexibility to manage remote work when not onsite.
