About The Viet Concept

The Viet Concept is a Dubai-based platform bringing contemporary Vietnamese designer fashion to customers across the GCC and international markets. Today, we partner with more than 40 Vietnamese designer brands and are building a new standard of customer experience, product quality, and craftsmanship for Vietnamese fashion globally.

As we enter our third year, we are looking for an Operation Specialist / Operation Manager to help us build stronger systems as we continue to grow.

Your Responsibilities

Product Quality Management

• Coordinate with designers and production partners to ensure products meet The Viet Concept's quality standards.
• Review product quality before shipment.
• Handle quality issues, alterations, exchanges, and after-sales cases.
• Develop and improve quality control processes and checklists.
• Work closely with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure smooth operations.

Customer Experience Management

• Monitor customer conversations and ensure every customer receives a premium experience.
• Review customer service quality and coach the team on communication standards.
• Handle complex customer cases and propose the best solutions.
• Track customer satisfaction, complaints, returns, and exchanges.
• Continuously improve customer journey and internal processes.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Operations, Customer Experience, Quality Control, Retail, E-commerce, or Fashion.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.
• Good written English is preferred.
• Experience in fashion, luxury retail, hospitality, or e-commerce is a strong advantage.
