We are a luxury fashion platform connecting the GCC with Vietnam's finest designer brands. Our customers are located across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, and worldwide, looking for exceptional evening gowns, occasion wear, and made-to-order designs.

Sales Specialist – Full Name

Your Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, and website live chat.
• Provide professional styling recommendations based on customers' occasions, preferences, and measurements.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Build long-term relationships with VIP clients.
• Coordinate with the Operations team regarding production timelines, order status, shipping, and after-sales service.
• Upsell and cross-sell suitable products to maximize customer satisfaction and order value.
• Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs.
• Support new collection launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Deliver a premium customer experience throughout the entire purchasing journey.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Fashion Retail, Luxury Retail, or E-commerce.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to close deals confidently.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and luxury brands.
• Good English communication (written and spoken).
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with Shopify, CRM systems, or social commerce is an advantage.
