Job Title: Telesales Specialist (Vietnamese only)

We are expanding our operations in Vietnam and looking for talented individuals to join and build our sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consult and introduce EHAsia's services via phone based on the assigned customer list.
• Proactively contact and identify customer needs from available data sources (existing clients, potential leads).
• Provide customer care before, during, and after service usage.
• Achieve KPIs, meet call quality standards, and strictly follow the company's telesales process.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to complete profiles, contracts, and handle customer requests.
• Execute other tasks as assigned by the manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 1 - 2 years in Customer Service or

Insurance Support within a private clinic environment.

• Advantage: Experience in selling corporate health screening packages is a plus (not mandatory).
• Communication: Clear voice, excellent over-the-phone communication skills, confident, and patient.
• Skills: Strong listening, questioning, and problem-solving skills.
• Research: Ability to research and gather corporate

information.

• Attributes: Proactive, meticulous, and flexible.
• Language: Basic English is an advantage (not mandatory).
