Operational Excellence AI Specialist (f/m/d)

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain reliable AI-powered automations, including Skills and MCP servers, that extend what our AI tools can do across the organization

• Partner with Operational Excellence colleagues to identify repetitive, manual tasks and design solutions that reduce effort and free up time for higher-value work

• Enable stakeholders and teammates to get the most out of tools such as AxpoGPT, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, M365 Copilot, Databricks and GitHub Copilot

• Collaborate with the GenAI Competency Centre to stay current, reuse existing components and share Operational Excellence use cases with the wider community

• Engage with the broader Data & AI community, including events like DnA Summits

• Run your own improvement projects independently, working with a diverse set of colleagues across business units

What you bring & who you are:

• Experience with Azure Cloud, Databricks pipelines, GitHub CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep) – ideally combined with AI orchestration frameworks such as Langchain/Langgraph, PydanticAI or Semantic Kernel

• Hands-on experience applying AI in real tasks and a good sense of effective prompting and tool selection; familiarity with Claude Cowork & Code, Databricks or M365 & GitHub Copilot is a strong advantage

• Comfortable building lightweight automations using Python, scripting or low-code/no-code tools

• An understanding of responsible AI practices, including data handling, access controls and human oversight

• Excellent communication skills and a natural coaching mindset – you enjoy explaining AI concepts clearly to colleagues of all experience levels

• A pragmatic, reliable and proactive approach – you test what you build, document it for reuse, and take initiative

• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish, German or French are an advantage
