Operational Excellence Intern

What do we expect from our new team member?

• Supporting ongoing and upcoming Lean tools to ensure the consistency of Lean practices and processes and their proper implementation,
• Supporting Project teams by working on solutions and development plans based on operational and business needs to improve efficiency,
• Contributing to raising awareness and fostering a culture of continuous improvement,
• Taking an active role as a key project stakeholder in the “Operational Systems and Line Boards” Project.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• Currently a 4th-year student in Industrial Engineering at a university,
• Available for an internship at least 3 days a week,
• Interested in gaining experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment,
• Highly motivated, development-oriented, and eager to learn,
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams,
• Good command of English,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
