Job Description:

• Plans, budgets, oversees, documents, and reports on all aspects of assigned projects. Coordinates project schedules, resources, equipment, and information to ensure timely completion.
• Manages practice and provider transitions, including new practice locations and relocations.
• Facilitates communication and collaboration with cross-functional business partners to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Works closely with Project Managers and other leaders to assign tasks, assist with schedule management, and ensure accurate and timely work completion.
• Assists with insurance website eligibility access requests and completes patient notification letters as needed.
• Collaborates with Business Development to complete branding crosswalk submissions.
• Analyzes risks and opportunities to inform project planning and execution.
• Acts as a point of contact and communicates project status to all participants.
• Develops and implements strategies to optimize project outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
• Provides leadership and guidance to internal teams to ensure project success.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Good time management skills, highly organized and great attention to detail [Required]

• Strong Microsoft Suite computer proficiency; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the use of SharePoint [Required]

Work Experience:

• 3+ provider interaction, project coordination or relationship building [Required]
• 4+ professional experience [Required]

Education:

• Associate [Required]
• Bachelor's [Preferred]
• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Additional Information:

• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
  • Associate's and 2+ years professional experience OR
  • High School Grad or Equiv and 4+ years of professional experience

Pay Range:

$51,771.20 - $96,304.00
