Operations Analyst

Find out more about the organization: intervue.io You will be a key member of an agile team- supporting data management, customer reporting, trade processes, logistics handing and problem resolution. You will work closely with the customers, external stakeholders, and leadership while maintaining the integrity of the present data systems. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, a positive professional attitude, a good understanding of the organization’s working and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment. Duties and Responsibilities Ensure daily processes and workflows are implemented on a timely and accurate basis. Perform daily and weekly reporting and data management activities. Create and present reports on those activities. Verify and deliver customer projects reports. Resolve issues and conflicts on time. Act as a communication channel between external stakeholders. Identify workflow/system improvements and work with various teams to enact change. Qualifications Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel. Strong Communication skills Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required Ability to learn and adapt to change Desire/ability to work successfully in a startup environment Good to have skills: Previous experience using data management software to automate processes Basic understanding of engineering concepts Prior experience in customer-facing roles Full time Role (remote) CTC: 2.5 Lacs - 4 Lacs (negotiable)
