Operations Analyst (Night Shift)

Night Shift & Remote Position (During the training period, the role will be based in our Jakarta Office: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM SGT) What You Will Be Doing Analyze customer behavior and identify trends to improve system performance. Configure and manage the platform as a system administrator when required. Process and maintain data with accuracy. Collaborate with the team to report issues or unusual activity. Ensure tasks are completed on time and with high efficiency. Our Ideal Requirements Strong proficiency in English communication.
