About the role We are looking for an Operations Associate who will own and run our programs with our biopharma customers. This role will report directly to the executive running our growth function. What you will do Manage our complex patient acquisition and clinical testing funnel, forecast volumes, analyze insufficiencies, and track and own key performance indicators across all stages of the product Run our biopharma programs and own key customer metrics Respond to biopharma customer requests and develop custom analyses of our data Collaborate with the Growth team to build and implement strategies for finding patients Work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure we build what our customers need Who you are What will help you succeed in this role: 2+ years of experience running data-centric programs, e.g., in an operations role at a fast-growing technology startup or in management consulting Expert at creating slide decks, customer presentations, and other client-facing materials Undergraduate degree in a STEM field, ideally with a focus on biology, genetics, or life sciences Some things that are not required, but you will learn on the job: Knowledge of and experience in life sciences or healthcare industry Managing relationships with senior executives at top tier biopharma companies Steering multi-million dollar budgets for complex machine learning and genetics programs Running large scale paid and organic growth marketing campaigns As with all new hires at Probably Genetic, you will also need to be: A good person. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs.
