Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Monitor daily platform operations to ensure efficiency and smooth execution.
• Track key metrics, including user engagement, quest completion rates, and platform activity.
• Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Product, and Operations teams.

Platform & Campaign Execution

• Manage the setup, publishing, featuring, and boosting of quests and campaigns.
• Ensure accuracy and quality control of all live quests and rewards.
• Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Escalate technical or operational issues and coordinate their resolution.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.

• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and digital tools.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
