Chelsea Surgical Partners is a London-based private medical practice management company. We run the business side of private practice for a group of consultant surgeons and specialists, from bookings and patient administration to billing and collections, so they can focus on their patients.
We are growing and building our team. Our PAs are the main point of contact between our consultants, their patients and the wider team, and our operations team keeps the business running behind them.
The roleThis is a split role, designed to give you a full grounding of how our business works before you move into operations.
To begin with, you will spend around half your time supporting our PA team and half working alongside our Head of Operations. With the PAs, you will learn the business from the ground up: how our consultants' practices run day to day, how patients move through their journey, and how bookings and billing work. In operations, you will learn how the business is run and support practice-wide projects, processes and compliance.
During 2027, the role is planned to move into a full operations role, working directly with the Head of Operations. At that stage, a large part of the work will be speaking to our vendors and suppliers when problems come up.
Operations a dynamic, technical, and fast-paced role where priorities shift rapidly. Success requires exceptional organisational skills and the ability to seamlessly multitask. If you thrive on variety, adapt quickly, and take pride in driving tangible outcomes, you will find this role highly rewarding.
