Operations Associate - UK Everlab is pioneering the next era of healthcare proactive, personalised, and, most importantly, accessible to all. Apply to Everlab We usually respond within a week About the role: You'll be one of the first people on the ground in the UK. Working directly with the UK General Manager, you'll run the engine room of our member journey at launch: getting members booked, getting their records in, and keeping the operation moving day to day. The scope is deliberately hands-on. You'll own the parts of the member journey that have to work every single time, and you'll be the person who makes them work faster each week. "Own it, run it, document it, automate it" is the whole job. We move quickly, operate with high ownership, and expect every person to think in outcomes, not activities. We're an AI-first team: every person is expected to use AI tools to work faster and produce higher quality output. Responsibilities and scope: Get members started well: Own the first stretch of the journey, from someone joining to sitting down for their bloods, their scan and their physical, and gather their history from their GP and previous clinics so the doctor walks in already knowing them. It is the first thing a member experiences of us, and how good that first consult is depends on what you assembled beforehand. Keep the journey moving, and get the detail right: Nobody stalls between stages on your watch. You spot the unbooked scan, the result that has not landed, the follow-up nobody chased, and you unstick it before the member notices. You are also their first point of contact when they have a question. In health, a wrong date or a missing result is not an admin error, it is a member's care. Hold the partner side together: Day-to-day contact with our lab, imaging and clinic partners, so their capacity, slots and turnaround actually match what we have promised members. You are the person they know by name. Improve the journey every week: You will see the friction before anyone else does. Document each process as you run it, then find the template, tool or automation that removes the manual step. Growing member numbers shouldn't mean a growing team, and you are the first line of defence on that. Whatever launch needs: Genuinely. Early-stage market entry doesn't stop because of job descriptions, and neither should you. You'll take on tasks outside of your expertise and above your seniority level, and get them done. What we are looking for: Experience: 0-4 years in coordination, scheduling, customer operations or another detail-heavy role. Grafters welcome. We're not fussed about your degree. Accurate at volume: You stay precise when you're juggling forty things. Details are the job, not a detail of it. Follow-through: You close loops and chase people without being chased yourself. Improves your own workflow: You reach for the spreadsheet, the template or the AI tool that makes tomorrow's version faster. This is the single strongest signal for us. Comfortable with people: Clinics, GPs and members, on the phone as well as over email. Smart and scrappy: You think clearly and then do the work yourself, including the unglamorous parts (Nice to have) Health or regulated sector experience: You understand operating where compliance matters. Working at Everlab: Do work that matters: We’re building the future of preventive health. Use your skills to prevent disease, improve access to personalised care, and reduce pressure on the health system. Work-life flexibility: Hybrid working with 2 to 3 days in the office, plus flexibility to manage life beyond the 9 to 5 when it matters. Experience Everlab as a customer: Full access to the Everlab health program, provided after successfully passing probation. Share in our success: Employee Share Option Plan included as part of your total remuneration. We grow together. People you’ll love working with: A welcoming, mission-driven team of smart, thoughtful people doing meaningful work. We exist to deliver personalised, preventative healthcare at scale, using advanced diagnostics, AI, and real clinicians to help people live longer, healthier lives. Today, we offer Australia's most comprehensive health assessment: 100+ biomarkers tested across bloods, imaging, and physical diagnostics, reviewed by a dedicated longevity doctor, with personalised protocols to act on the findings. We re-test every 6 months. We are not a 12-week programme. We are your health partner for life. We are a medical company that owns the infrastructure: the technology, the clinics, the clinical frameworks, and the patient experience end to end. Our AI copilot augments 180+ clinicians. Our platform coordinates 33+ diagnostic services, 1,850 partner providers, and 30+ wearable integrations. Real doctors today. AI doctors tomorrow. Same clinical frameworks. Our founding team includes serial entrepreneurs with $500m+ in exits and a Chief Medical Officer who left surgical training to build what he believes healthcare should be. We are hiring people who want to do the most important work of their careers. The problems are hard. The pace is fast. The mission is real: deliver as much health, for as many people as possible, at the lowest cost. If that excites you, we would love to hear from you. Our team works in a hybrid model, with three days per week in the office.
