Join their team and support them in creating and operating their ERP solutions (provisioning, customization, roll-out, monitoring, troubleshooting). Their publishing software and consulting services are an essential element in the publishing market to drive change. Large company groups, but also creative independent publishers, are representative of their customer base. The successful candidate will be based anywhere within commutable distance of their offices in Berlin, Amsterdam or Bari, Italy, working in a hybrid work model! What your day will look like: Manage the deployment and delivery of their software. Be responsible for the installation, technical configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of their hosted solutions (private cloud, public cloud). Advise their customers who operate their software on-premise regarding implementing new technologies. Work closely with their Development department to optimize their process software. Be part of a global team, their 2nd-level support team, and their customer care team. About You: At least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar discipline and relevant experience in this area is essential. Experience in scripting and shell programming on Windows or Linux (e.g. Power Shell, Ansible). A good understanding of software architectures and the requirements for operating these architectures (Windows / Linux). Familiar with handling databases (preferably Oracle) and SQL. Good communication skills, so dealing with and assisting various customers and colleagues from different departments will be easy for you. A willingness to travel when required and get the job done sometimes outside of traditional business working hours. At least a professional level of English, both written and verbal, plus either German, Dutch or Italian is essential. Legally authorized to work in Germany, the Netherlands, or Italy is essential.
