Compensation & Philosophy

The monthly base compensation for this role is $75,000 USD.

Our salary philosophy centers on aligning compensation with the cost of living in each country. We benchmark salaries above market (75th–90th percentiles) using Glassdoor data from Honolulu, Hawaii, USA, forming our standard benchmark, which guides our progressive salary pathways (L1–L6) for each functional area. We then pull figures from these pathways based on the role's function and level, adjusting for location using Numbeo's Cost of Living Plus Rent Index for a major city in the employee's country, ensuring fair pay for both dense cities and smaller towns within the region. This approach helps us maintain global consistency while addressing gaps found in traditional compensation models.

In exceptional cases, we may adjust salaries based on factors such as specific experience, certifications, degrees or licenses, relevant market conditions, or requirements set by local, state, or federal regulations.

Job Purpose & Impact

The Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of organizational processes by coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining operational continuity, and facilitating communication across global teams.

• Support Executive and Team Operations: Assist leadership and team leads by managing calendars, meetings, and key logistics to ensure priorities stay on track and aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate Administrative Processes: Manage core administrative functions such as documentation, scheduling, travel arrangements, and resource tracking across regions to support smooth operational flow.
• Facilitate Team Communication: Act as a connector between departments and time zones by coordinating updates, sharing information, and helping ensure all stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
• Maintain Operational Systems: Track key tasks, timelines, and procedural compliance while supporting reporting, budget tracking, and project documentation to reinforce accountability and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Operations and/or Project Management.
• Strong analytical thinking and a proactive mindset are key.
• An Associate's Degree in a related field helps — but it’s not essential.
