For our Operations Team, we are looking for a Operations Coordinator (f/m/d) who makes sure our daily fulfillment operations run smoothly and reliably.

In this role, you are close to the day-to-day operation behind every box we ship. You coordinate with our external fulfillment centres, monitor operational performance, follow up on issues, and make sure our products are stored, picked, packed, and dispatched correctly and on time.

This is a highly operational role for someone who enjoys getting things done, keeping track of details, and solving problems quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations across our fulfillment centres to ensure every order reaches our customers on time and in perfect condition

• Act as the main point of contact for our 3PL partners

• Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, accuracy, quality and cost per box

• Identify operational issues, analyse root causes and implement sustainable solutions

• Support the roll-out of new packaging formats, processes and sites

• Collaborate closely with Customer Care, Upstream, Quality & Safety, Product and Tech

What you bring

• Fluent German and English (EN company language / DE for daily work w partners)

• 1–3 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain or warehouse operations, ideally working with 3PLs or fulfillment centres

• A strong sense of ownership, with the initiative to make decisions and accountability for outcomes

• A structured way of working and strong attention to detail across multiple topics

• A hands-on, solution-oriented approach, with the ability to identify risks early and address them before they become problems

• Confidence working with operational data and KPIs in Excel or Google Sheets

• Clear, proactive communication that keeps stakeholders aligned and confidently challenge partners when standards slip
