Operations Coordinator (Part-time, Freelance, Remote)

We are Act Attack, an international English-speaking acting and improv school running courses and workshops in cities across Europe, including Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, Amsterdam, Berlin, Munich, Brussels, Paris and more.

We're looking for an organised, hands-on Operations Coordinator to become the operational backbone of the school. You'll keep our courses, studios, teachers and students running smoothly across cities. You should already be skilled and ready to start with minimal training.

What you'll be responsible for

Operations

• Creating and managing course schedules across our cities

• Creating and updating courses on our website (WordPress / WooCommerce)

• Coordinating with studios: availability, bookings, confirmations

• Assigning and communicating with teachers

• Managing and organising data in Airtable and Brevo

• Keeping registration lists and schedules up to date

Students and admin (optional)

• Answering student questions by email and WhatsApp, clearly and kindly

• Following up with taster class students so they book a full course

• Adding students to their course WhatsApp groups before the start date

• Handling day-to-day admin following our policies (bookings, changes, refunds)

Community (optional)

• Keeping our Meetup and partner pages updated with current courses

• Helping with local outreach and community groups in our cities when needed

What we're looking for

Required:

• Solid hands-on experience with WordPress (editing pages, creating products, basic troubleshooting)

• Hands-on experience with Airtable

• Hands-on experience with Brevo or a similar CRM / email tool

• Fluent English, with clear, friendly and professional written communication

• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently

• Available at least between 13:00 and 19:00 Spanish time (CET), Monday to Friday

• Registered as a freelancer (or able to invoice)

Nice to have:

• Experience with WooCommerce

• Experience in operations for a school, events or a multi-location business

• Other European languages

• A real interest in theatre, acting or community building

What we offer

• €10 per hour, around 20 hours per week, with room for more hours and responsibility as we grow

• Fully remote, with occasional in-person meetings in Barcelona

• Flexible hours within the core time above

• A paid 1-month trial, then a long-term collaboration

• Free access to our weekly Act Attack acting and improv classes

How to apply

Apply through LinkedIn and answer the screening questions. Shortlisted candidates will receive a few short questions about their WordPress, Airtable and Brevo experience before a call.
