We are currently looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Operations Coordinator & Sales Support, based in Istanbul, Türkiye (Ataşehir). This role plays a key part in supporting Mowi Türkiye’s sales operations and related financial and administrative processes. The position ensures smooth day-to-day coordination between the sales team, customers, local teams, Central Europe functions, shared service teams, and external partners.

We are currently looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Operations Coordinator & Sales Support, based in Istanbul, Türkiye (Ataşehir). This role plays a key part in supporting Mowi Türkiye’s sales operations and related financial and administrative processes. The position ensures smooth day-to-day coordination between the sales team, customers, local teams, Central Europe functions, shared service teams, and external partners.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day financial and administrative activities between local operations and OTC, RTR, and PTP Shared Service teams, ensuring effective follow-up on open items, action lists, and outstanding issues.
- Follow up on supplier invoices, e-Archive invoices, account discrepancies, missing documents, and related corrective actions.
- Manage sales order, invoice, return, and credit note processes in the ERP system (M3) and related systems
- Monitor customer credit limits, collateral, and guarantees in coordination with the relevant internal teams.
- Coordinate customer account reconciliations and support the resolution of invoice, return, rebate, and deduction discrepancies.
- Support bank documentation, payment-related follow-up, and communication with local banks.
- Coordinate information and documentation required by tax advisers, independent auditors, and internal stakeholders.
- Follow up on e-Ledger, e-Archive, and statutory certification processes handled by external advisers and service providers.
- Monitor notifications and correspondence from public authorities (such as the Tax Office, SGK, KEP, and KETSIS) and ensure timely routing and follow-up with the appropriate responsible parties.
- Collaborate with Shared Service teams during month-end and year-end closings by coordinating required information and documentation and following up on reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, IFRS 16 activities, and other closing-related actions.
- Prepare regular operational reports, tracking files, and basic financial analyses
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Approximately 3 years of experience in financial operations, accounting support, customer accounts, sales support, or a similar role.
- Experience in a multinational company or a shared services environment would be an advantage.
- Hands-on knowledge of invoicing, collections, account reconciliations, and basic month-end activities.
- General understanding of statutory and tax requirements in Türkiye.
- Fluent English and Turkish language skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience working with ERP systems; knowledge of M3 would be an advantage.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships, take a proactive and solution-oriented approach, and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Strong organisational, follow-up, and documentation skills, combined with a reliable and detail-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities effectively.
