About the Role We are looking for a Operations Delivery Lead to join our Data Operations team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of our human-in-the-loop workflows that power AI systems. This role sits at the intersection of operations, data quality, and process optimization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Quality Assurance to design, manage, and improve processes for large-scale data labeling, annotation, and evaluation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is detail-oriented, and enjoys solving complex operational challenges. Responsibilities Own and manage high-volume human-in-the-loop workflows for data annotation, labeling, and evaluation. Ensure consistent data quality by implementing rigorous review processes, QA checks, and performance monitoring. Partner with engineering and product teams to improve tooling, automation, and process efficiency. Monitor performance metrics (throughput, quality, SLA adherence) and identify areas for continuous improvement. Work with vendor and contractor partners to manage capacity, training, and quality standards. Serve as the operational point of contact for escalations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Document and standardize best practices, guidelines, and workflows to enable scalability. Analyze and report on data trends, quality performance, and operational KPIs to stakeholders. Requirements Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in operations, program management, data quality, or related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of improving processes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, project management platforms). Familiarity with data annotation, labeling platforms, or human-in-the-loop systems is a plus. Experience working in fast-paced startup or technology environments preferred.
