The Role
As an Operations Engineer, you will support the technical operation and performance of a portfolio of wind farms and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across Finland, Sweden, and Europe. Working as part of the Nordic and Baltic operations team, you will monitor asset performance, coordinate maintenance activities, produce technical reports, and help ensure maximum availability and energy output for our clients.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, service providers, and asset owners to maintain compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements while contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes and asset performance.
The Person
A degree or qualification in Engineering, a technical discipline, or a related field is desirable; however, candidates with relevant training or industry experience are also encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and possess excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy in reporting, data analysis, and site monitoring. Experience within the wind, solar, or BESS sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
A full, clean driving licence is required, as occasional travel to operational sites may be necessary.

Education and Qualifications:
You should hold a degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Electricity, Renewable Energy, Science, Technology, or a related discipline, or be able to demonstrate equivalent relevant industry experience. IT/OT knowledge would also be a plus. Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be fluent in English and Finnish.
A proven track record and experience within the renewable energy sector, particularly in wind, solar, or battery energy storage systems (BESS), would be highly advantageous.
