Operations Excellence Consultant

We are in search of an Operational Excellence Consultant to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in being a hands-on, analytical and structured professional to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production, supply Chain, support, maintenance and deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to map, analyze, and optimize processes, while fostering a culture of operational excellence. This role combines technical process expertise with a pragmatic, results-driven mindset.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead cross-functional assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across different operational processes;

• Redesign and optimize processes, using methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma;

• Document current workflows, analyze end-to-end business processes, design solutions, and support our program and operations management team through the implementation;

• Help embed a culture of operational excellence by promoting best practices and supporting change management

• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement;

• Work with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and scale improvements across operations and different geographical locations.

• Conduct field visits and operational reviews to identify best practices and surface performance challenges;

What you’ll bring to the table:

• 3+ years of proven experience in operational excellence and process improvement: ideally in production, supply chain, logistics, field operations or consultancy;

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field;

• Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.);

• Strong analytical mindset, with a structured approach to assessing current state and designing improvements;

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders;

• Proficient in applying AI to fast-track the work.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken);

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment;

• Ability to travel if needed.
