Operations Executive โ€” Pinkcollar

๐Ÿ“ Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid) | Full-time

Pinkcollar is a social enterprise dedicated to ending exploitation and ensuring safe, ethical recruitment for migrant domestic workers. We're a women-led team building a more humane, employer-funded alternative to traditional recruitment โ€” and we're growing.

We're looking for an Operations Executive to own the end-to-end operations journey โ€” from initial worker onboarding through to successful deployment with employer households. This is a hands-on, detail-critical role at the heart of how Pinkcollar delivers on its service promise to both workers and employers.

What you'll do

  • Manage the operations pipeline end-to-end: onboarding, documentation, and deployment coordination
  • Liaise with workers, employers, and relevant government bodies (Labour Department, foreign embassies, Immigration) to keep placements moving smoothly and compliantly
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise during worker visa and deployment and resolve them quickly and calmly
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date notes & financial records across your operations workflow
  • Collaborate closely with the client and worker support teams to ensure a seamless experience for all parties

What we're looking for

  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable owning a full process end-to-end, not just a single stage of it
  • Calm under pressure โ€” supply-chain operations don't always go to plan, and you'll need to problem-solve on the fly
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in operations, HR, logistics, or compliance-heavy environments is advantageous
  • Alignment with Pinkcollar's mission and values around dignity and fairness in migrant worker recruitment is advantageous

Why Pinkcollar

  • Be part of a mission-driven team tackling a real, systemic problem
  • Hybrid work arrangement with a results-oriented approach to work
  • Work alongside a small, close-knit, women-led team doing work that matters

About Pinkcollar

We were born with a mission to professionalise domestic work for migrant women while meeting the needs of dual-income families and Malaysia's aging population with a service that is legitimate, reliable and reputable. Our founders have been recognised by Forbes 30 Under 30 and Tatler's Generation T, and Pinkcollar has received a UN Women WEP Award โ€” we are market pioneers who prioritise 'zero worker recruitment fees' and systemic fairness for all stakeholders, a tough but worthy feat within the ASEAN migration landscape.
