  • Coordinate operations budget and rolling forecast for manufacturing costs, headcount, productivity, inventory and capital expenditure.

  • Provide financial business partnering to Operations in supporting footprint, production balance and make/buy decision making

  • Support productivity and cost-reduction initiatives with rigorous baselines, business cases, savings validation and post-implementation tracking.

  • Drive consistent improvement in quality of relevant data such as standard costs, routings and labor standards.

  • In cooperation with plant controllers and in an overall consolidation role:

- Maintain and challenge product costing assumptions, routings, bills of material, labor rates and overhead rates together with Operations, Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain.

- Provide support inventory valuation and movements, with focus on raw materials, work in progress, finished goods, slow-moving and obsolete inventory, stock adjustments and cycle-count impacts.

- Help understand and improve consumption Ks

  • Own overall area CAPEX financial governance: business case preparation, approval support, project spend monitoring, capitalization readiness and post-investment performance review.

  • Ensure sound internal controls across manufacturing finance processes and support internal/external audit requirements and group-finance closing standards.

🌍 Required profile:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Engineering. Engineering background with strong finance experience might be the better fit.

  • Hands-on controlling experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, ideally with responsibility for plant/product costing and operational performance.

  • Solid understanding of standard costing, inventory accounting, budgeting/forecasting, management reporting and investment analysis.

  • Five or more years of finance or controlling experience, including at least three years supporting a manufacturing plant or industrial operations.

  • Experience working in a multinational, matrix organisation and collaborating with international plants, shared services and group functions.

  • Experience supporting industrialisation, make-or-buy decisions, footprint optimisation, transfer pricing or investment projects is an advantage.

  • Advanced Excel skills and practical ERP experience. SAP is strongly preferred for an Arteche-aligned profile; experience with Qlik or Power BI is valuable.

  • Professional English for an international environment

🚀Skills:

  • Analytical rigor, attention to detail and strong problem-solving orientation.

  • Operational mindset and willingness to understand processes.

  • Ownership, reliability and delivery against closing and planning deadlines.

  • Clear communication: able to turn complex financial drivers into actionable decisions.

  • Continuous-improvement and digital mindset, with emphasis on simplification and automation.

  • Collaboration across functions, geographies and cultures.

🤝 We offer:

  • Join a purpose-driven company with a culture based on solid values, committed to innovation, sustainability, and people.

  • Be part of a close-knit team that makes a real impact on the organization’s internal and external communications.

  • A positive work environment and opportunities for professional development.

  • Flexible hours and other benefits to help you balance work and personal life.

  • Salary commensurate with the candidate’s experience.

  • Ongoing learning and training.

  • Innovative tools to support your work.
