Operations Manager

We're looking for an Operations Manager who thrives in start-up environments, enjoys building scalable processes, and loves bringing order to fast-moving businesses. You'll work directly with the founder to oversee internal operations, support the team, improve systems, and help the company scale efficiently. This is a highly visible role with significant ownership and the opportunity to grow alongside the business. Duties and Responsibilities Own and improve internal operations, processes, and SOP documentation across the business Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including calendars, project coordination, and leadership follow-up Administer internal business systems including Google Workspace, Airtable, Clockify, Slack, and other SaaS tools, including user provisioning and basic troubleshooting Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, time tracking, employee performance follow-up, and employee engagement initiatives Monitor operational KPIs, quality assurance processes, and internal reporting to ensure accountability and continuous improvement Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency as the business grows Partner closely with the founder to execute strategic initiatives and keep priorities moving forward 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Operations Management, Executive Operations, or similar roles Experience supporting founders, executives, or startup leadership Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills Experience administering business applications such as Google Workspace, Airtable, Slack, or similar operational tools Highly proactive with strong follow-through and a passion for improving processes Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment Hireframe provides nearshore and offshore staffing solutions, operating as a remote-first organization with team members located in the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines.
