Our client is a mobile detailing company that provides services at customers' homes. They are expanding their operations and looking for a virtual operations manager to oversee daily activities.

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Virtual Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their expanding mobile detailing business. This role involves managing technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving any issues that may arise, allowing the owner to focus on other aspects of the business.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Manage daily operations of the mobile detailing business.

• Oversee and support a team of technicians.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Address and resolve customer issues and operational problems.

• Coordinate technician schedules and routes.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in leadership and managing people.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficiency in English.

• Experience with CRM systems, specifically for home service businesses.

• Ability to handle customer service and scheduling.

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Personality:

• Proactive and smart.

• Capable of working independently and managing responsibilities.

Software & Tools:

• Social Media platforms (e.g., Instagram Messenger).

• CRM: Workiz (or similar CRM for home service businesses).

Schedule:

Full-time, 5 to 6 days a week.

Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Preference for Monday to Saturday availability.
