Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations for the Americas, you will support the development of and drive the implementation of regional revenue growth and go-to-market initiatives, as well as long-range strategic plans for our Enterprise business. Key Responsibilities: Analyze Commercial Performance: Lead deep-dive analysis of revenue, customer, and sales performance data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and generate strategic insights for leadership decision-making. Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify, design, and operationalize high-impact “big bets” to accelerate revenue growth and increase transacting customers across key segments and markets. Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align on goals, share insights, and ensure end-to-end execution of revenue strategy. Performance Monitoring: Develop dashboards and frameworks to track progress of key strategic initiatives and continuously optimize for impact. Market & Competitor Analysis: monitor the FinTech ecosystem, tracking competitor pricing motions, market trends, and shifts in card network (Visa/Mastercard etc) and alternative payment method (APM) costs. Requirements: 5+ years of experience and proven track record of success in revenue strategy, pricing, or related roles within the Fintech or payments industries. Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling, data analysis, and market research. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate messages. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, focusing on driving business results. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to shifting priorities, maintain attention to detail, and deliver on time. Ability to work independently to strict timelines while collaborating effectively with a diverse team of professionals. Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment is preferred.
