Job Description
This is a remote position.
About THINQVISER
THINQVISER works exclusively with dentists, providing specialist financial advice and support throughout their careers, from graduation to retirement. With a clearly defined market, a fully remote team and ambitious plans for growth, this is a great opportunity to make a real difference in a business that values high standards, fresh thinking and continuous improvement.
We're partnering with Recruitment Rebellion Limited to manage this process. Applications must be in by 27 November, however, may close early if the right candidate is identified.
The role
Working closely with the business owner, you'll have the autonomy to improve how the business operates, lead the team and turn ideas into action.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Leading and developing a remote team, driving performance and accountability.
· Improving operational processes, systems and workflows.
· Managing projects and turning business plans into practical results.
· Identifying opportunities to use technology, AI and automation.
· Overseeing day-to-day operations, performance and business reporting.
· Taking ownership of challenges, finding solutions and driving improvements.
About you
We’re particularly interested in candidates with operations management experience within financial planning, wealth management or an IFA business, who can hit the ground running.
You’ll understand the day-to-day demands of a busy financial services firm and how people, processes and systems work together to deliver an excellent client experience. You’ll be comfortable taking ownership, managing competing priorities and keeping things moving, while spotting opportunities to improve how the business operates.
Organised, proactive and approachable, you’ll build strong relationships across the team and have the confidence to challenge existing ways of working constructively. You’ll combine attention to detail with a wider view of the business, turning ideas into practical improvements and following through to make them stick.
Requirements
You'll also need:
· Proven experience managing people, processes and operational performance.
· Strong organisational, problem-solving and project management skills.
· A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to make decisions.
· An interest in technology, systems improvement and automation.
· The ability to work independently, challenge ideas constructively and get things done.
Exceptional candidates from other sectors with substantial operational leadership experience and strong transferable skills will also be considered.
Benefits
What's on offer?
· Salary circa £60,000.
· Fully remote working, anywhere in the UK.
· Genuine autonomy and the opportunity to influence business decisions.
· The chance to introduce new ideas, systems and ways of working.
· A growing business with potential to develop into a more senior leadership role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, making improvements and seeing the results of their work.
