Operations Manager (f/m/d)

Join Axpo Solutions France as we build the operational backbone for sustainable growth. You'll shape how we run, connect and strengthen our operations - with clear ownership, proportionate controls and as little bureaucracy as possible.

What you will do:

• Lead day-to-day operations by coordinating Back Office, Middle Office and Front Office Support priorities, resolving cross-team blockers and maintaining visibility of capacity and critical processes

• Strengthen revenue, settlement and cash controls through clear ownership and risk-based monitoring across deal execution, delivery, settlement, invoicing and cash collection

• Manage operational risk and incidents by promoting early escalation, identifying root causes and ensuring proportionate controls and remediation are followed through

• Enable new products and commercial initiatives by coordinating operational, risk, process, data and technology readiness, involving operational teams early

• Improve end-to-end processes by clarifying ownership across Front-to-Back workflows and reducing unnecessary complexity and manual effort

• Guide local IT, data and automation priorities, aligning local needs with Group architecture and advancing data quality and appropriate automation

What you bring & who you are:

• Experience in operational leadership, process improvement and designing scalable controls and operating frameworks

• At least 5 years experience in energy markets or operations, ideally with a solid understanding of the power value chain and Front-to-Back processes

• Experience connecting business operations with IT and data, such as product implementation, automation or backlog prioritisation

• Ideally, practical experience with incident learning, operational risk management and iterative delivery approaches

• A collaborative, pragmatic mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in an international or matrix organisation

• Fluent in French and English
