Operations Manager (Logistics & Fulfillment)

Are you a driven operations leader who thrives on solving complex logistics puzzles at scale? We're looking for an Operations Manager to own and elevate our last-mile delivery and fulfillment operations for one of Abuja's fastest-growing food and grocery delivery platforms.

What You'll Own

- Drive end-to-end fulfillment and last-mile delivery operations across Abuja

- Recruit, train, and lead a large fleet of delivery riders and operations staff

- Design and scale dispatch, routing, and fulfillment workflows to hit industry-leading on-time delivery rates

- Build and manage strategic relationships with restaurant partners, grocery stores, and dark stores/micro-fulfillment centers

- Own key operational KPIs — completion rate, cost per delivery, rider productivity — and drive continuous improvement

- Partner with Tech to optimize routing algorithms, rider apps, and operational tools

- Set and enforce safety, compliance, and food-handling standards

- Manage costs while scaling capacity through peak demand periods

- Lead automation and operational excellence initiatives

- Take charge of crisis management and high-stakes escalations

What We Offer

- ₦200,000 – ₦250,000/month (₦200,000 base + performance-based incentives)

- Hybrid arrangement — 3 days on-site per week
