Operations Manager (m/f/d) Ideal for an experienced Operations or Supply Chain professional who enjoys taking ownership, leading teams, and driving operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment. SKYLOTEC is a leading international provider of fall protection and rescue solutions. To support the continued growth of our North American business, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager (m/f/d) to lead our production, supply chain, logistics, and order fulfillment activities. Key Responsibilities · Lead and develop teams across production, logistics, and order fulfillment. · Manage production planning, procurement, inventory, and material availability. · Ensure on-time delivery and efficient operational performance. · Drive process improvements, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives. · Manage supplier relationships and operational KPIs. · Support ERP, planning, and operational reporting processes. Your Profile · Several years of experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or production management. · Leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. · Strong knowledge of production planning, logistics, procurement, and inventory management. · Experience working with ERP systems and KPI-driven operations. · Strong analytical skills and a hands-on leadership approach. · Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience is an advantage.
