About the Role

As the Operations Performance and Data Manager, you will join Hollard's Operations division in the Business Design and Governance team. This team aims to strengthen how we operate, from process governance and business continuity to continuous improvement. Here, you'll play a key role in lifting Operations performance and delivering better outcomes for our people and customers.

You'll be the go-to expert for Operations data. You'll turn complex information into clear insights that shape decision making, set the direction for operational reporting and work closely with our Data and Group Analytics teams to make sure the right work is prioritised and delivered.

This role is open to candidates based in NSW, VIC, QLD or WA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of insightful data analysis, tailoring reports to each business unit with clear recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with the Data teams to keep business data consistent and reliable, and champion data governance across Operations.
• Act as the link between Operations and Group Analytics, prioritising requests and managing the backlog so deadlines are met.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and make sure their data needs are met.
• Develop and maintain a reporting framework that supports strategic decision making.
• Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep improving how we use data.

About You

• Qualifications and/or experience in Business, Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Science or a related field.
• Strong skills in data analysis and visualisation tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau or Power BI, plus a solid grasp of data governance.
• A talent for turning complex data into practical insights that link to business goals.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with experience juggling multiple priorities.
• Leadership experience, whether managing a team or guiding cross functional projects.
• Confidence presenting data clearly to non technical audiences, with a sharp eye for detail.
