أخصائي تشغيل – صعيد مصر ملخص الوظيفة يتولى أخصائي التشغيل مسؤولية دعم والإشراف على العمليات اليومية عبر شبكة المحطات في صعيد مصر. ويركز هذا الدور على ضمان التميز التشغيلي، وإجراء الزيارات الميدانية، ومراقبة أداء المحطات، ودعم العمليات المالية، والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع شركاء المحطات والعملاء. المسؤوليات الرئيسية: - إجراء زيارات ميدانية منتظمة لمتابعة عمليات المحطات والتأكد من الالتزام بمعايير الشركة. - فحص المعدات والعمليات التشغيلية لتحديد المشكلات وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة. - مراجعة الفواتير والسجلات التشغيلية ودعم أنشطة التسوية المالية الشهرية. - التنسيق مع المحطات والعملاء لحل التحديات التشغيلية ومعالجة المشكلات المتعلقة بالخدمات. - دعم إجراءات ضمّ المحطات الجديدة وتفعيلها ودمجها ضمن الشبكة. - إعداد التقارير التشغيلية وتقديم تحديثات الأداء للإدارة. - الاستجابة للحوادث التشغيلية ودعم استمرارية الأعمال أثناء حالات الطوارئ. - التعاون مع الإدارات الداخلية لتعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية وتحسين جودة الخدمات. Operations Specialist – Upper Egypt The Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting and monitoring daily operations across the station network in South Upper Egypt. The role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, conducting field visits, supporting financial reconciliations, resolving operational issues, and maintaining strong relationships with station partners and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular field visits to monitor station performance and ensure compliance with operational standards. - Inspect equipment and operational processes to identify issues and recommend improvements. - Review invoices, records, and support monthly financial reconciliation activities. - Coordinate with stations and clients to resolve operational concerns and service-related issues. - Assist in the onboarding and activation of new stations within the network. - Prepare operational reports and provide updates on station performance and compliance. - Support emergency response activities and ensure operational continuity when issues arise. - Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency. - درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة العمليات أو أي تخصص ذي صلة. - خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مجال العمليات أو التشغيل. - يجب امتلاك سيارة أو دراجة نارية (سكوتر) والاستعداد للتنقل بشكل متكرر في مختلف أنحاء صعيد مصر. - مهارات قوية في التواصل وحل المشكلات والتنسيق. - فهم جيد لعمليات التسوية المالية ومراجعة الفواتير وإعداد التقارير. - القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة أولويات متعددة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية. - إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office، وخاصة Excel. - الإقامة في منطقة صعيد مصر أو القدرة على تغطيتها ميدانياً بكفاءة. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - 1+ year of experience in operations. - Must own a car or scooter and be willing to travel frequently across Upper Egypt. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills. - Good understanding of financial reconciliation, invoice review, and reporting. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. - Based in, or able to effectively cover, the Upper Egypt region. - رواتب ومزايا تنافسية. - بدل وقود. - بدل صيانة للمركبة. - مكافأة سنوية مرتبطة بالأداء. - فرص للنمو والتطوير المهني. - Competitive salary package. - Fuel allowance. - Vehicle maintenance allowance. - Annual performance bonus. - Career growth and development opportunities.
