As an Operations Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our sales organization—translating business strategy into operational reality. You'll own the complete sales process across Salesforce.com, from data quality and CRM administration to pipeline forecasting, performance reporting, and process optimization. Working in our HQ or regional structure, you'll partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to create a unified view of business performance and enable data-driven decision-making. Your proactive approach and deep understanding of both business and process will directly shape how effectively our customer-facing teams operate and grow revenue.
