We are seeking an individual capable of consistently handling operational processes and documentation. Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal oversight of financial operations and client contracts
  • Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates of internal documentation and company policies
  • Analyzing legal and operational information to support decision-making and risk management
  • Facilitating clear and effective communication across departments and with external legal counsel
  • Assisting in the drafting, review, and refinement of internal policies and operational procedures
  • Providing guidance on corporate and commercial law matters, including contract structuring, tax, civil, and labor law compliance
  • Supporting data protection and digital law initiatives to ensure regulatory adherence and data security
Requirements:
  • Advanced English proficiency (Upper Intermediate or higher).
  • Strong organizational skills, perseverance, and the ability to manage information flows.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of any other languages (Polish, German, Spanish, Portuguese).
  • Prior experience in law, finance, accounting, or related fields.
