HYBRID ROLE (LOCATION: VILNIUS)

ABOUT COHYPES

At Cohypes, we grow and scale multiple brands in the health, beauty, and wellness space. We don't just build brands; we build operational systems that allow those brands to scale globally with speed and precision. As we continue to expand across the USA, UK, Europe, and Amazon marketplaces, we’re looking for a highly organized operations leader who is excited to take ownership of our global inventory and fulfillment ecosystem.

We believe great work happens when people feel valued. Here, your perspective matters, your ideas are welcome, and your voice has a real impact on how we grow. You’ll join a supportive team that encourages collaboration, open communication, and genuine trust.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Supply Chain team and help keep everything moving. This is a varied, hands-on role. One day you’ll be fixing stuck orders with a 3PL, the next you’ll be chasing a supplier on a production timeline or researching a new logistics partner. If you like solving problems, staying organized, and being the person who makes things work behind the scenes, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily order flow and troubleshoot issues such as stuck, delayed, lost, or incorrect orders
  • Work with our 3PL partners (ShipBob, ShipMonk, and others) to resolve fulfillment and shipping problems
  • Support inbound shipments to warehouses, including tracking, receiving issues, and inventory discrepancies
  • Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers on orders, timelines, samples, and documentation
  • Help monitor inventory levels across warehouses and flag stock risks early
  • Work with the customer support team on shipping and fulfillment-related escalations
  • Research new suppliers, logistics partners, packaging options, and shipping solutions
  • Help with shipping costs, invoices, and 3PL billing checks
  • Keep order, inventory, and supplier trackers and documentation up to date
  • Find recurring issues and suggest process improvements
  • Support the Supply Chain team with ad hoc projects and new brand launches

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and 3PL platforms such as ShipBob or ShipMonk is a big plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to dig into issues until they’re fixed
  • Very organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle many tasks and brands at once
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and basic analysis
  • Clear, professional written communication in English for working with suppliers, 3PLs, and internal teams
  • Proactive and reliable, takes ownership without needing constant direction
  • Experience with Amazon (FBA), international shipping, or customs is a plus

SALARY & SWEETENERS

Salary: 2,000 – 3,000 EUR/Month gross (Open to discussion based on your skills and competencies).

  • Private health insurance for your well-being
  • Creative freedom and fast feedback loops — your ideas truly matter here
  • Hybrid work model
  • Beautiful office in Senatorių Pasažas, Vilnius Old Town — an inspiring place to work
  • Always-stocked fruits, healthy snacks & best coffee in the office
  • Annual training & development budget to support your growth and education
  • Periodic teambuildings with a dedicated team budget
  • A friendly, supportive team that genuinely wants you to succeed and thrive :)
