Operations Specialist, Bolt Drive

We’re looking for an analytical and hands-on Operations Specialist to support our car-sharing team, Bolt Drive, in Prague. In this dynamic, you’ll manage city operations and drive business growth and profitability while ensuring a great user experience.

About the role:

We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to be the connective link between the GM, fleet supply, and commercial demand at Bolt Drive Czech Republic. You’ll lead a 10-person field team, ensure the fleet remains available and well maintained, manage 3PL performance and service quality, and develop commercial partnerships that support our growth—all while improving operational and cost efficiency.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead a 10-person field team, including shift planning, performance management, and team well-being.

• Own daily and weekly car-sharing operations, including fleet availability, cleanliness, damage management, and cost-related KPIs.

• Manage 3PL partners by negotiating terms, monitoring service quality, and ensuring accountability against agreed KPIs.

• Work with the Fleet Manager to maintain strong relationships with importers, dealers, repair services, landlords, municipalities, and other service providers.

• Co-lead expansion initiatives with the GM, including commercial partnerships, new-city feasibility assessments, and go-to-market readiness.

• Plan the monthly supply strategy, analyse supply, ride, revenue, and cost data, and automate manual workflows where possible.

About you:

• You have 3+ years of experience in operations, business development, or expansion, preferably within a startup or technology environment.

• You have proven people-management experience and can confidently lead, develop, and support an operational team.

• You have a strong commercial track record, including sourcing, negotiation, and partner management.

• You are comfortable owning 3PL relationships, service quality, and cost efficiency.

• You are analytical and structured, with the ability to build processes from scratch and use data to guide decisions.

• You are fluent in English and Czech or Slovak, based in Prague, and willing to travel when needed.
